Shanxi Huanjie Petroleum Drilling Tools Co., Ltd. (HJ), which has been producing and operating since 1997, is a private hi-tech share-holding industrial enterprise with integrated scientific research, production, sales and technical service. HJ is a reliable global supplier for professional equipment and services in oil and gas industry with main operational projects: manufacturing, processing and repairing of petroleum drilling tools and core-drilling tools; R & D, manufacturing and repairing of petroleum machinery. We are also engaged in the technical services in petroleum wells and underground thermal energy excavation and drilling & non-excavation projects, as well as core drilling, etc.

Our Product

Our main products include: drill pipes, drill collars, spiral drill collars, non-magnetic drill collars, heavy weight drill pipes, kellys, tool joints, and core drilling tools, etc. We have full sets of modern production equipment lines for the above drilling tools used in oil and gas exploitation. We have complete and accurate inspection instruments for raw material and product quality, and a research & test center. We have advanced production equipment with advanced performance. Our company has comprehensive and independent manufacturing,processing, testing and inspecting ability for the mechanical equipments from raw material purchasing to products finishing. Our annual production ability: drill pipes 1200 tons, drill collars 2000 joints (slick and spiral), non-magnetic drill collars 200 joints, kellys (square and hexagonal) 300 joints, heavy weight drill pipes 1000 joints, core drilling tools 200 sets. 

Product Application

At present, 45% of the core tools used in the Russian oil and gas technology service market are from our company. The sealed coring tools we produce play an important role in the natural gas exploration and exploitation projects in Peninsula, Russia. It is the only core-drilling tools from China used by Russia in the Arctic extremely cold and very complex natural environment.

The operations of our company are fully complied with the API and SY/T industrial standards and specifications. In 2003, our company was accredited with ISO quality management system certification. In 2005, we were accredited with API SPEC 7 drill collar quality certification. In 2006, our company was accredited with API 5D Drill pipe quality certification. In 2007, our company was accredited with API spec 7-1 Kelly, drill collar, heavy weight drill pipe quality certification. In 2007, our company was accredited with API 5CT casing and tubing quality certification. In 2010, our company was accredited with API SPEC 5DP drill pipe (assembly) quality certification. In 2010 , our company was accredited with ISO environmental management system certification. We possess complete and precise inspection instruments for raw materials and product quality, as well as a high performance research and testing center.

Production Equipment

We have not only the modern production assembly lines for drill pipes, drill collars (including slick and spiral drill collars, non-magnetic drill collars), heavy weight drill pipes, Kellys, tool joints, coring-equipment and so on, but also the complete precision testing instruments with advanced performance for raw materials and product quality, as well as one scientific research experiment center, some essential equipment of them has reached the world-class technical standards. Our company has the independent ability of purchasing raw materials and producing finished products.

Our products are sold to major oil fields in China and exported to countries including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Trinidad West Indies, Russia, Chile, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Albania, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait Singapore, and etc. Our exports account for more than 85% of all products. We have several long-term cooperation scientific research projects with China University of Petroleum (Beijing), China University of Geology (Beijing), ORLAN SERVICE LLC (Russia) and INTERVAL LLC (Russia) and EOSC (Kazakhstan). We have R&D and design capability of new technology and new products. We have joint production bases in Russia and Kazakhstan.
